NARLIDERE ADSM CORPORATE PURPOSE:

The 4 basic principles of all health systems and services;
    1. The principle of effectiveness (evidence-based medicine); To prioritize preventive treatment, to fulfill oral and dental health problems in accordance with scientific and ethical rules.
    2. The principle of efficiency; To provide a working environment that complies with quality standards,
    3. The principle of equity (basic/health law); To keep patient and employee satisfaction at the highest level.
    4. The principle of humanity (quality of service); Our aim is to provide quality and easily accessible oral and dental health services and to fulfill these principles.

NARLIDERE ADSM GOAL:

Objective 1: To ensure that all kinds of health services offered in our center are provided in a way that ensures patient and employee satisfaction.
Goal 2: To adopt an innovative and self-improving approach.
Goal 3: To form relevant teams within the framework of an innovative and self-developing understanding for all quality studies in our center, to make innovative arrangements in all units by giving importance to team spirit and teamwork, and to keep the arrangements made constantly up-to-date.
Goal 4: To modernize the visual areas of the institution.
Goal 5: To eliminate the device and hardware deficiencies in the technical infrastructure of the center.
Goal 6: To provide personal development trainings for ADSM employees, to organize in-service training activities.
