Dt. Serdar ÖZKAYA was born in Malatya in 1985. In order; He graduated from Adıyaman Cumhuriyet Primary School, Adıyaman Anatolian High School (middle school) and Gaziantep Vehbi Dinçerler Science High School and completed his higher education at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry. He started his professional life in the private sector and started public service in 2013 by being appointed to Şanlıurfa Oral and Dental Health Center. He worked as a dentist at Şanlıurfa Oral and Dental Health Center between 2013-2017, Istanbul Pendik Oral and Dental Health Hospital between 2017-2018, and İzmir Karşıyaka Oral and Dental Health Center between 2018-2020. Between July 2020 and December 2022, he worked as the assistant chief physician at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. He completed Anadolu University Health Management Department within the scope of the second university and also works as an Onsite Evaluation Observer of Efficiency at the Ministry of Health. Serdar ÖZKAYA, who has been working as the Chief Physician in our institution as of 29.12.2022, speaks English well and is married.
